Last updated: October 15, 2026. These terms apply when you use this website or hire Locksmith IC for locksmith services.
Our services
Locksmith IC is a veteran-owned mobile locksmith serving the Salt Lake City area and nearby Utah communities, 24 hours a day. We usually arrive within 30 minutes; actual arrival can vary with location, traffic and weather.
Quotes and approval
We explain the work and the price before we start. Work begins only after you approve it.
Proof of authorization
For your protection, we ask for ID and proof that you own or are authorized to access the vehicle or property before we open it, make keys or change locks. We may refuse a job if authorization cannot be confirmed.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and checks.
Warranty
Our work is covered by a warranty of up to one year, depending on the service and parts. Your technician will explain the warranty for your job. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or work done by others.
