Getting locked out of your car is one of those moments where you feel like an idiot, and time feels like it just drags on. What made this experience better than most was the communication. In my experience, locksmiths are usually late with no updates. Not this time - he texted to let me know he was running a little behind, gave me an ETA, and even shared his location, which honestly made a frustrating situation a lot less stressful. Once he arrived (right when he said he would), he got the job done fast and efficiently. Super professional, reasonably priced, and no surprises. I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if I do, he's the one I'm calling. Highly recommend.

I struggled with the Schlage Encode lock. I hired a handyman that said it couldn't be done because the screws were too long. So I thought I would have to either return it, buy it from a different store, or choose a different lock. I submitted an SOS on Thumbtack. Locksmith IC/Enoch called me immediately and told me he can come right away and install it. He came in one hour at 8pm at night. He was a "yes" guy and made it work. I was stressing so much before he came but once he came he got it done. He installed another Schlage Encode in my walkout basement door and connected everything to the internet, helped me install it on my phone. I was very happy and he told me to call him with any other questions.

He told me upfront what my options were and was realistic about possibly not being able to pick my doorknob lock, and what the price would be for either service (lock picking or replacing doorknob).
